  • Join us for a Bannock bake and tea, try some pemmican samples, watch the wonderful Beardy's dance troupe and there will also be fire starting.

 

June 21, 2010:  Batoche National Historic site

 

  • Cultural entertainment and activities

 

 

 

Battlefords

Events occur around the Battlefords starting with:

 

  • Pancake Breakfast on 12th Avenue, hosted by BTC.

 

  • Other events include:

 

  • A Mini Round Dance at the North Battleford Youth Centre

 

  • Elders Speaking at the Lecture Theatre in the Library

 

  • Kids Activities at the Battlefords Indian and Métis Friendship Centre

 

  • An open stage at the library for music and entertainment

 

  • To end the day there will be fireworks.

  • Will be wrapped up with a Traditional Feast around 5 p.m. and a Round Dance to immediately follow.
